Come celebrate the timelessness of Autumn with the Lynnfield Art Guild. The Guild’s annual Fall Art Show and Sale is coming on Saturday November 2nd from 10 AM to 4 PM at the Lynnfield Meeting House. Guild members are invited to register and submit their creations for the show which will be held inside the Meeting House, along with our famous bake sale, raffle table, silent auction and more.
Artists, please read:
- To participate in LAG shows and events for the 2024-2025 season, you must be a paid member. To join or renew, visit our membership page. Join or renew your membership before registering for the Fall Show.
- Each member may submit 2 pieces for the main art show at $10 per item.
- Each member may submit a maximum of 5 matted, unframed pieces for the bin art sale. There is a $1 entry fee per item.
- All artwork will be for sale. “NFS” will not be accepted.
- Artwork must be ready to hang with attached wire from side/side – no saw tooth hanging.
- Important Notice: For the second time, we are allowing up to 4 oversized pieces in the main show. Each member artist can submit 1 oversized piece as part of their 2 allowed items. These will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum of 4 oversized pieces in total. Oversized pieces must fit on a standard easel. The entry fee for an oversized piece is $15, payable at drop-off. Indicate your intention to submit an oversized piece by checking the appropriate box on the registration form. We will notify you if you are among the first four to submit an oversized piece.
- Other than the oversized pieces, all artwork should not exceed 48 inches in total dimension (e.g., 20 + 28 = 48).
- All entries, whether for the show or bin, must be original work. Prints are not accepted.
- A 10% commission will be retained by the Guild on all artwork sales from the main show and bin.
- All artwork entered into the main show or for the bin, must display a label on the back. Click Artwork_Tag to print copies and create your artwork labels.
- Registration and payment are due by October 21, 2024.
