The Lynnfield Art Guild 2025 Spring Festival will be held Saturday May 3rd from 10 AM to 4 PM at the Lynnfield Common. While the Art Show and Sale will be in the Meeting House on the Common, artisan/crafter/vendor outdoor spaces will be along the brick walkways outside the Meeting House. The spaces are 10 ft x 10 ft at $25/space for members or $35/space for non-members. Any tables, signage, and pop-up canopies are the responsibility of the space renter. The event is rain or shine so there will be no refunds after registration.

If you would like to join our 2025 Spring Art Festival event, please complete this Vendor Registration Form. You may pay the vendor fee online by credit card or by mailing a check to be received by April 19th.

Please review these Terms and Conditions for participating vendors:

Outdoor space includes one 10 ft X 10 ft area on the Lynnfield Common.
Spaces will be assigned by LAG (the sponsor of this event).
Table placement is determined by the sponsor.
Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs and tents if desired.
Set up time will begin at 8AM on Saturday, May 3rd.
Vendors must be set up and at their tables by the start of the event which is 10AM.
The Vendor fee is non-refundable.
The sponsor is not responsible for any lost or stolen goods.
Vendors will unload on the Summer Street side of the common, starting at 8AM. Sponsors coordinators will be on site.
Parking is available at Town Hall, behind Center Shops or at Lynnfield Middle School.
The show will officially end at 4PM. Vendors will maintain a tidy and safe area during the event and will leave the area clean.
