Lynnfield Art Festival – Judged Show Registration

2025 Spring Art Show & Festival Registration

The Lynnfield Art Guild’s annual Spring Art Show & Festival is coming on Saturday May 3rd from 10 AM to 4 PM at the Lynnfield Town Meeting House & Common. Guild members are invited to register and enter the judged art show which will be held inside the Meeting House, along with our famous bake sale, raffle table and more!

Artists, please read:

  • Artwork submitted for the main show will be judged.
  • Each member may submit 2 pieces for the main art show at $10 per item.
  • Each member may submit a maximum of 5 matted, unframed pieces for the bin art sale. There is a $1 entry fee per item.
  • All artwork will be for sale. “NFS” will not be accepted.
  • Artwork must be ready to hang with attached wire from side/side – no saw tooth hanging. 
  • Read this carefully! We will allow up to 4 over-sized pieces to be submitted for the main show. A member artist may submit 1 oversized piece. We will accept these on a first-come basis and no more than a total of 4 oversized pieces will be accepted for the main, judged show. We must be able to display oversized pieces on a standard easel. The fee for the oversized entry is $10 and will be collected from you when you drop off your work for the art show. Simply check the box in this registration form to indicate that you would like to submit an oversized piece. We will let you know if you are among the first four to enter an oversized piece.
  • Other than the oversized pieces, all artwork should not exceed 48 inches in total dimension (e.g., 20 + 28 = 48). 
  • All entries, whether for the show or bin, must be original work. Prints are not accepted.
  • A 10% commission will be retained by the Guild on all artwork sales.
  • All artwork must have a label on the back. Click LAG Artwork Show Tag to print, complete your labels, and attach to the back of all submitted artwork. This includes pieces for the main show and bin art.
  • Registration and payment are due by April 19, 2025.
